Land O'Lakes Gorgeous Bull Lake views, a huge wrap around deck and sun all day long are just a few of the perks at Fisherman’s Cove. This cottage has recently been bought by new owners and features a lot of TLC and elbow grease in the new paint job, new, easy care laminate flooring throughout, a planned dock expansion and other general upgrades.
Start your day sipping coffee on your sun drenched deck watching the mist rise off the lake and then make your way down to the dock to enjoy the shallow entry, little side beach and clear clean water. Perhaps, if you’re feeling ambitious, you could take the kayak or the canoe out for a paddle on this gorgeous lake or maybe just bask in the sun on one of the comfortable deck chairs. At the end of the day, wind your way up the flower lined stairway and be welcomed into the large living room where the Tiffany shaded lights glow invitingly.
Inside the cottage you will find a well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and a large dining room with an equally large table. Three bedrooms can sleep up to 7, and the Master bedroom has its own ensuite and separate access to the wrap-around deck, perfect for a little privacy for mum and dad. With two bathrooms, generously sized common rooms and the lovely property, there is more than enough space to accommodate a large family. The cottage property also features a separate Bunkie, which can sleep 3 with ease. This would be an excellent place for a separate family group to stay and play.
In addition to the gorgeous sloping property down to the lake, there is an outdoor eating area, a outdoor firepit (with firewood), and a very large “back” yard for games or even pitching tents.
